How do you approach a girl you dont know and ask 4 her number?

Ask for it or hand her yours on a piece of paper. Smile and ask for hers. The most she can tell you is "no," and "no" doesn't mean never, it means no right now. Try it. You never know when it will work.

i've never been asked for my number as all my relationships have just happened. actually i swapped numbers with a guy once, but that was related to the situation and we fell for each other long after. just be her friend i guess, perhaps arrange to meet up and ask if you could have her number in case you dont know where the place is. then text her later to say it was great and take it from there?

are you serious dude? be polite, be nice, be manly, walk straight, stand up, dont look at her breast, only her face, never look at her mouth when talking, dont be wondering what she looks like naked, listen to what she say, start a conversation, ask her what she likes, ask her what she's into, girls loveeee question, because have the ever ending need to express themselves, so just ask the question, but don't ask penetrating question that drill into her life, and in the end, ask for the number. or you can just use these cheezy line such as "i've lost my number, may i have yours" usually that just end up with your phone with out her number and your face full of her palm marks. ^ _^

Write ur number on a little piece of paper. Drop it next to her (but don't let her see you dropping it) and say "scuse me, you dropped something". Then pick it up and hand it to her saying "my number". Then smile and start conversation. Don't be creepy though! Thats how to give her ur number.
If you want her number, you're just gonna have to ask, mate.

i've decided from some of the other answers that im going to talk to her for ages then just say " give me ur number plz"

Go up to her, talk to her, smile at her, flirt with her. If she responds to the talking,smiling and flirting ask her for her number!
