I want to relieve myself from the headache i get after seeing the computer for long hours?

Will the contraction problem of my eyes pose a problem when i become software engineer.
i under went treatment for this when i was 14.my opthamologist suggested eye excercise.i did it for 15 days at his clinic in front of a machine.then it was ok... once again i have the same symptoms.....my doctors said glasses are not needed for u..i dont hav suint eyes.......

You need to exercise your eyes every 10-15 minutes, even while at work.

1. Just stare at a long distance once in a while.
2. Do not look at the monitor, just look elsewhere and rotate your pupils in clockwise and anticlockwise directions, for about 3-4 times.

Your pain is probably caused by sitting in one position for too long. If this is your job, find a way to take a lot of short breaks during the day, five minutes of so. If this is just what you do, find a way to get some physical exercise. It will be good for your heart and your back and neck muscles, which can cause a headache, will enjoy the change.

the best way to cure any eye problem every morning fill water in ur mouth n splash water on ur face 5-6 times simultaniously. this wud surely show gud results but do it regularly n do nt leve it in few days as it wont show u gud results if u do so.

take off or put on your glasses or contacts.
or after every ten minutes, take a 3 minute look-away break.
that, or see your eye doctor.
