I agree with JJ, who has given you a very good answer here. You need to look primarily at a job and a career path. To use your languages is a bonus. Looking around at people I know, the people who did best were people who found jobs in industry or banking where their linguistic skills gave them the edge over other candidates and then continued to study to gain further (non-linguistic) qualifications. Be prepared to start at the bottom and work your way up. It is clearly difficult in Mauritania, but somehow you have got to get started on the employment ladder and build up contacts and confidence.

Having a knowledge of several languages is clearly a good thing, but there is more to acquiring a decent job than being able to speak three or four languages. For most jobs/careers, linguistic ability is an added bonus; but will not give you automatic right to become a sales director, production manager, etc. You know what your other skills are, so base you choice around those aspects and, having got experience, seek employment with an international company.

Claiming to speak / read / write certain languages will often be assumed to mean that you have sufficient capabilities in that language. If your english spelling is anything to go by on your written text then most companies will think twice if your cv is written in english.
What is your native tongue? Arabic? try finding a job by writing your cv in arabic, your english is not good enough for corporate communications. Your english is almost understandable so keep it at it. Perhaps you should consider asking a friend to write your cv in english

My advice would be to keep learning English. English is the business language of the world and if you speak it well enough you can get anywhere. You're fairly good now, but your spelling and grammar needs a little work.

Translation would be a good choice, mais c'est indispensable que tu maîtrises les trois langues.
Tu dois lire bcp, essaye d'obtenir un diplôme de traduction, ca t'aidera énormément

Bon courage
