I would like to warn you against using any "homemade" or over the counter type products. You could do a lot more harm than good. How do you know you can trust a recipe from a stranger? As for the OTC products, most are a waste of money.

Please see a dermatologist. Get to the root of what is causing your pigmentation and the proper way to treat it. He/she can recommend the proper treatment based on the degree of pigmentation, location of it, possible cause of it and also based on your skin. Having someone who deals with this type of problem recommend a treatment will result in a much better solution
