I’m fifteen years old and lost forty pounds five months ago.
Since then I’ve been having ravenous hungers leading me to weight gain and weight loss.
Some times I will feel very hungry and I’ll feel non hungry at the next meal.
I eat very healthy and I’m a pescovegetarian (eat fish ).
I’ve also lost my menstruation by more the 5 months.
My energy will go very high and the go low.
I tray balancing heavy with light foods.
Non of my doctors have been able to help me.
Please help me.

good carbs paired with lean protein will help stabalize the blood sugar and prevent hunger. i mean brown rice, yams instead of white potato, whole grains, etc.

perhaps you lost the weight to quickly and not in a balanced diet. Your body is rebelling against the starvation. That's why you are incredibly hungry. losing your menstruation is a big indication that you are not eating enough. That's the reason for your energy problems as well.

Consult a nutritionist to get a balanced diet. The supplement L-gultamine will stop you from feeling severely hungry. Take one capsule one hour before Meals with a large glass of water.

Those hunger pangs only last about 10 minutes. When you are feeling hungry wait 10 minutes. If you still feel hungry have a couple of pieces of fruit or some vegetables. If that doesn't work try a small portion of baked tofu or a handful of peanuts.
