You should not clean coins for they lose their collector value. Most coins if they have rust, the rust has eaten into the coin and removing it may make things worse than they are. See what you can do with distilled water and a very soft tooth brush. Be gentle and take your time.

pour a glass of coca cola or vinegar and leave the coin inside it for 2 days to 3 and see the results.

i don't know why you would want to- you can still spend dirty ones
