The moment you gave them permission to come onto your premises, you accepted responsibility for their actions.

Of course the tenant is responsible for the actions of the guest, just as they would be in their home.
If they are in violation of the rules or laws of the building, they should be asked to leave by the guest.

The landlord can hold all responsibilities against the tenant for liabilities.

The landlord can hold the tenant responsible because he has allowed his friends to swim naked. Other people swimming in the pool might get offended also.

No, your friend(s) the one responsible for his actions. Once you learn about that then you can make appropriate actions, AKA, make rules or whatever. It is NOT the tenant fault nor responsibility UNLESS the tenant either allowed it to happen or knows that friend is a problem. Hope that helped.

I live in an apartment complex and it states right in my lease that I am responsible for the actions of my guests.
