Me and my spanish class is planning a trip to Barcelona. My teacher and the school principal said it was OK but it couldn't be too expensive. How can I find cheap flights and an affordable hotel?

What I would do..If I was you. Is have your students write letters to some of these airlines asking to help out with air fair to this place your going. Also. Maybe one of these websites like Expedia...or travelosity could help you out if you contact someone there. You would be surprised what letters from a school can do. My teachers back in high school use to have us do that for stuff we where doing. We got a lot of responses. We use to get free stuff all the time from different places. Or discounted rates for being students. It's worth a shot. But just make sure they respond to the school..and not the students home address..
