It's actually not Sourav Ganguly's performance that's been bad for the last of months. It includes the senior guys in Indian Cricket Team. For Sourav, the main problem that might occur to him is that the Indian Cricket Board is being very political to him. Due to this dirty politics, a great player like Sourav is been left out of the squad after being removed from captaincy. Not only in India this political issues emerge, it happens in Bangladesh, Pakistan or even Sri Lanka. Due to all these issues the whole team suffers, while others like Aussies or SA may end up being the top cricket team in the world.

I would like to ask a question,,,, what happened to sachin tendulkar?
According to me , they have a very little cricket ahead,,,, it is the time for them to take retirement, and give the chance to younger generation and talents to represent their country, they are no doubt ,, are very experoenced, and i think that the indian board should utilize their experience in the best way...
