Talent is a born-with kind of thing. You can have passion in doing the thing you are talented but normally you don't need to put in much hard work to do it.

if somebody is talented they won't hard work.
"The more I want to get something done, the less I call it work."- Richard Bach.
The more you feel working the more you are torturing yourself.
The connection between talent and passion is. you have follow your talent and make it as the passion. Sorry i cannot agree with "hard work".

I don't think so. Normally when you have "talent", you will have "passion". This "passion" will lead you to "hard work". Note: not all "passion" come from "talent".
"Hard work"+"Talent"="Great Success"
"Hard work"-"Talent"="Success"
"Talent"-"Hard work"="Nothing"

it could be, but then again, if your talent is singing how hard is that? I mean if you are a natural born singer.
