If he opts out of his contract at the end of this season i know there are only a few teams that can afford him and im pretty sure the dodgers are one of them.

LA is a possibility, yes. Boston is a strong candidate as well. With their rivalry, you *know* they would love to get him. My hunch is that he'll stay in NY, but the NY media can't leave well enough alone and all the buzz may change his mind. A-Rod isn't gonna decide anything until after the season is over, so we have a good long wait on our hands.

there's a stable probability ARod continues to be. The Yanks are shifting money out and would pay ARod. yet he hasn't carried out in the playoffs and that's the final analysis. The crimson Sox can adventure the deal yet resigning Schilling shows they are attracted to retaining the middle group mutually and with a bit of luck save Mike Lowell. do no longer mess with it till it breaks and the Sox look very stable. he will bypass the place he will sense enjoyed. He has managerial saftey teats in Chicago and L.A. i'd lean in the direction of the Dodgers. they want to crap on human beings to get what they want. undesirable Grady Little. All that guy has executed is win video games. If we had a real closer in pastime 7 in the 03 ALCS we'd have long gone to the international sequence and beat the Marlins. That offense replaced into scarier than the Yanks.

I think probably he'll go to the Angels. When the Angels were in NY last week, A-Rod was quoted as saying basically the Angels were a great team and it sounded like a cover letter to a resume. And owner Arte Moreno's seats were lined up with 3rd base, within literal shouting distance of A-Rod.

no he won't for the same reason he won't stay with the Yankee's.. personally I think A-Rod in a Dodger uniform would be a good thing for baseball.. but.. fact is he wants to play SS and he can't do that on the Yankee's.. and the Dodgers just dropped big cash to get Furcal at SS.. most likely A-Rod will be in Anaheim or San Francisco..

Of course there's a chance. A-Rod is a greedy scumbag! If the dodgers are willing to pay him 30 million a year then he'll play there. He'd play in hell if you paid him enough.

No way, A-Rods agent will be seeking between 30 and 35 million for him, only 1 team that could really afford him. Plus, the Yankees need him. He is the only one hitting homeruns, and driving in runs, plus he is playing a pretty good 3rd base. Who can really replace him?

I doubt it. The Yankees will find a way to sign him He's too important to them and Steinbrenner will better any offer the Dodgers or any other team can make.

If Mark Cuban buys the Cubs, he will back the Brinks truck up to A Rod's front door. If not, I think he'll go to either LA or Boston. I don't believe he wants to stay in NY.

A-Rod isnt going anywhere. He is producing runs, like rabbits breed, this year and the Yankees would be foolish to let him go, even at 30 million. They can afford it and theres no salary cap, either.
