When I print the paper out and it's lined up correctly, it pulls the paper down to hard so when it's finished printing the pictures is not in it's place and some of the picture is missing

Just stick the files on a Flash stick and go print them out at Ritz or send them to kodak online and get them printed that way. Either way is much cheaper in the long run.

Your printer should have some sliders to guide the paper in. So that even if the paper is pulled down hard, it should still be aligned.

The sliders are located at the place where you put the paper in. It should shift left and right until the paper is fitted nicely.

Also, in most printers except the latest photo printers, when you print 4x6, you dont put in normal paper.

Clean the rollers by removing the rear access door of the printer. That must be the problem!

Read The Friendly Manual (RTFM) for your printer.

Still Stuck? Call the manufacturer for tech support.
