Try describing the effect on yourself and you will see that this is a difficult question to answer. I have been asked by women what it feels like and have been told that the sensations, as I have described them, are very similar.

I think it's impossible to tell because nobody can experience both. Just like nobody knows which one is more painful, a guy getting hit in the groin or a woman bearing a child. LOL

There is absolutely no way for anyone to know this, unless they have full female and full male anatomy.
