Yes, gasoline will begin to turn bad after about 6 months, maybe a little less, you can mix a product called Fuel Stabilizer with your gas, and it will keep the gas fresh for almost two years, hope this helps.

When Does Gasoline Go Bad

yes it does go bad . Any auto part store sells an additive or fuel stabilizer to help prolong the life of the fuel. Just adda little bit of the stabilizer and you should be good. Now for the exception. Todays new fuels have an additive called ethanol. This additive in the fuels is for emissions reducing. But, on the downside, once this fuel sits for a while it tends to jellie up. So far as i know, there is no additive to keep this ethenol from jelling yet. But my search is on. Best bet is to keep starting the engine where you keep the fuel or drain the carb.
good luck.........

yes it does, but if you have a lot of gas in a container it wont go as fast as a couple gallons but if its a couple gallons it will last a year maybe, 20 gallons will last 2 - 3 years most likely. the more you you have the longer it will last because the degraded gas will just mix in with the good gas until its all bad but like i said the more you got the slower it will degrade

Yes, but there is an additive available that will "revive" it. If it's a small amount it may be easier and cheaper to simply dispose of it, but if it's a large amount the additive is a better option.
