Try ring BT after it has gone midnight in India, the chances are you will then coonect to a UK call center where somebody speaks English. When I moved house I arranged for BT to connect me with Broadband. But the software would not work, many calls later to India, and having to go through same test time and again, they decided I did not have the correct Phone line in the house. 2 weeks later a enginner arrived and did all the test and all was OK....But BT had not connect the line to the local Exchange. So the dont give up. you just have to keep hitting them on the head until you reach somebody that knows what they are doing.....BTW also got refunded all the call charges

Phone BT on their customer services helpline, send them a confirmation e-mail, you should get a reply within 48 hours, I have found them o.k in any dealings that I have had with them

Hmm... sounds to me like they haven't changed much since the days of being called Telecom and having a bird named "Busby" as their mascot !! Bloody BT. Change your service provider.

Don't take no for an answer. If you can't get the right answer from the guy on the end of the phone ask to speak to a supervisor and don't give up.

What do you mean by "I cannot get any response from BT."?
Did you call, Email or what? It wouldn't hurt to DESCRIBE the problem either, please re-post with specifics.
