yeah, i think it will be beaten in the near future, you can never know what is going to be happen in the future, for me, i think "every record is made in present, is to break in future."

Nowadays anything is possible. Could you think that a bowler like Malinga can take 4 wickets in a row? Could you think that a player like Gibbs can make 6-6's in an over? Overtime, this idea of fast cricket like 20-20's been popular than any other forms of cricket. All these changes happened very recently. So, in near future, I hope & definitely sure that Aussies' record of WC will be beaten somedays.

I do not find any team in the game of cricket now as consistent as Australia and as such, I do not think that any team can win the world cup consecutively for 3 times to break the record of Australia.

3 world cups in a row and the run hasnt stopped there, they are a chance at a 4th.

the national state comp is of a high standard and the quality of players currently in that system that have contracts with the ACB are the future, and the future does look pretty bright!

other countries arent blessed with the depth in their local county/state cricket which gives the aussies a big advantage.

Yes, it is the most difficult record to break in cricket. Very difficult to predict who would break that record.
