Used to be able to send large files - film clips etc. Have no trouble receiving them from friends with dial-up. (I have broadband connection.) Have disabled scanning outgoing emails and this hasn't helped.

Some internet providers limit the size of the attachments, like 5mb or 10mb.

I repeatedly have to send large files like 100mb, and the email doesn't handle that at all.

There are some free companies that can handle this. The typical method is to upload to their site, emails go to one or many receivers, and they must retrieve (download) the file within a week. Works very well.

I've used the free YOUSENDIT.com and it has performed very well.
