No. Thanks God, I haven't had any misfortune or made any mistakes of real importance so far. Of course, there are many things I could have done better, but instead of regretting that, I am happy that through all those things I learnt so much, which after all made me see those better ways of dealing with such things, so I could practice them ever since.

If we put aside some really horrible things, I believe experience can only be happy or helpful. Happy is happy and helpful means that you learn something out of it, so it helps you have some more happiness in future. Mistakes could be seen as nothing more than practice. You only need to be constantly ready for learning.

I don't have any ghosts that I'm afraid of ... maybe just silly things that I wish I could have done better.

However, whenever I'm under anesthesia, I always wonder later on what I may have blabbed about under the influence!!!
I sometimes have some veeeery strange dreams which indicate to me that my subconscious is veeeeeery strange indeed! This makes me think that I may have raised a few eyebrows in the hospital! They must have thought I was plain crazy!

of course anyone with a past it haunt him
but i think we should look at things differently
get experience from ur past and use it in ur present to have a wonderful future
and sooner or later u have to let that past go and that feel of guilt vanish
because it is meanless to keep holding something that is gone

yes sometimes, its difficult to explain but when some of the more unpleasant experiences of my life are brought back to me with a bang ,when some subjects are discussed or when i find an old photo or similar, i find i am taken back to those moments with all the emotions i experienced. it doesn't happen very often, which is just as well. but the majority of the incidents i am thinking of happened to me when i was in the police force and strangely at the time, they didn't seem to be the important ones. one was when i had to tell 2 teenage girls their mother had been killed just before Christmas, they had no father. i can still hear one of the girls crying out, 'but she cant be her Christmas presents are upstairs.' i have never felt so completely inadequate.

Some times thats why I am careful about what I do now so as not to ruin my future. But then who cares about another persons past? Everyone is focused on him/herself and what they want to do in life that the past is not me, but only a part that has formed me into who I am today. And you know what I like who I am...

Nope, you have to learn to let go of your past in order to make the most of the present and create the brightest future. Nobody can tell you how do this for yourself because it is something only you can do for you.

I say, leave the past where it is, that's where it belongs.

yeah sometimes, but lately i decided not to look back again, and not to regret, cuz wt i've been through in the past made me learn a lot and it is a reason for me to think in a different, rational way...so i'll never say i wish i could turn back time...this is a very bad wish...and wt i have to say is how i'm gonna plan for my future so i cannot repeat the same mistakes again...
