light enters the pupil and hits the back of the eye (retina) where the image is then put into a boilogical code by means of the teeny tiny rods and cones that make up the retina, then is sent up to the brain via the optic nerve, then the brain (crafty thing that it is) interprets the code so our being, soul, entity, man in your head (whatever you want to call it) understands what it sees

We see with our eyes which are connected to the brain by the optic nerve. The eye consists of many parts but the most important are the lens for the image formation and the retina to receive the image. The image is inverted and also turned left to right but the brain processes it into a normal image!

Light is reflected through the lens of your eye onto light sensitive cells in the back of your eye. The information is taken from these cells and passed down the optic nerve into the visual cortex in the occipital lobe of the brain where it is cleaned and flipped the right way up. Before the brain filters vision it is blurry and there are holes where there are no light sensitive cells.

Are you asking how to use the power of your third eye to sharpen your intuition and awaken your sleeping soul to increase your connection with the universal consciousness? Or are you just asking how your brain interprets the spectrum of light that is caught by your eye. Because knowing #1 is much more important than #2.
