From a guy who honestly believes that I, and anyone who is pro Israel on Yahoo! Answers, is a paid shill for Israel, this is another fine example of your inability to think and instead opt for a convenient conspiracy theory.
The strange thing is that your argument is solely based purely on actual outcome. In other words, since the end result was that Syria withdrew its troops, you therefore conclude that must have been the intention all along thus Syria couldn't have done it.
Here is another plausible scenario (called "reality" for those who recognize it).
Syria, having had its troops in Lebanon for decades and effectively having Lebanon as its "puppet state" (in a sense) had the great desire to make sure that all Lebanese nationalism that was a threat to that power be stamped out. Thus, Hariri was assassinated but they did not think that the consequences would force things to go the other way. In other words, they made a big mistake. (Yes, that happens sometimes.)
Of course, since you think I am a paid shill I know you are going to discount anything I said.

I am a pro-lifer, in the sense that I don't forget abortion a shame, and i might certain like to peer beginning manipulate inexpensive and with no trouble to be had without parental consent... But the tablet and other hormone drugs can have some actual well being results, so I would like to see them prescribed through an specific medical professional, so they are free, on hand and *riskless*. Happily that is proper in most areas, by means of non-revenue womens health facilities and deliberate parenthood clinics. Some professional-lifers do not appreciate that idea can occur with some varieties of the capsule, and that it is just implantation that is prevented. I might feel that a strictly pro-existence individual would now not take most long-established models of the tablet as a consequence, and would not ever use an IUD. Many religious professional-lifers are anti-start manage for unmarried folks because it reduces the wages of sin, and thereby encourages sin. Some non-professional-life people are against distribution of *any* prescription drug to their youngster with out their participation or consent, and suppose that children will go to their moms and dads if they *need to*... I suppose these father and mother are slightly unrealistic in modeling the probable response of other parents on their possess.

Well everything that happens anywhere they blame it on muslims, its known world wide that the USA doesnt need any muslim state or any country that has muslims to be powerful.
Look @ the gulf area, Its ruled by gulf people, but controled by the USA, In doha, they have the biggest american base located .
Look @ pakistan, what is happening, and look @ Iran, how they are trying to pick a fight in everything.
Look @ Iraq, where are the nuclear weapons, Still didnt find them i guess??
Look @ Africa, Nigeria what is happening,
It is soo obvious, its not Anti-terrorism, Its Anti-Islam..
and what bothers me, is that people are blind enough to belive, Its not that im a Mulsim, Its that why are they doing this,
If the so called people that belive in their holly books, i dont think God said kill your human brother / sister, No matter what their religion is.
Also im not with muslims who bomb themselves, that not the way matters get solved, but think on the other hand, what have they done to us and how they keep us captivated in one place though we are not imprisoned.
Also, Can we travel to any european/american country, Its very hard, only if we have a huge asset that they can benefit from.
Edit: also Palestine.. Is this fair? God they dont even have a category on yahoo!!!

Conspiracy theories will abound until the people who committed the crime are caught & tried in a duly constituted court !
As an outsider , but might I add one who has paid his respects at Hariri's tomb twice , that it only benefits Lebanon's enemies to pose speculative theories & the wisest course of action is for the people with the task of investigating to be allowed to complete their task & report in due course .

First, it wouldn't be the FBI, it would be the CIA.
Second, you give them credit for too much cleverness. The CIA is more the gang that couldn't shoot straight. Remember you are expecting the most clueless people in probably the most clueless administration in US history to execute an extremely clever plot. More likely it was an equally blundering Syrian administration that was still getting used to power, but didn't really know how to run foreign affairs.

I believe that we all have our little scenario, but at the end of the day it is only speculations.
I believe it is wise to let Mr Mehliz/ Brammetz and their successor do their job and tell us.
Edit: Any "clear as sun" requires evidence, if you can't support what you are saying with proof= you are speculating.

I noticed that in Lebanon are two main groups of people when it comes to opinions on all these bad and sad things that happens in Lebanon.
one group (created mostly from pro-coalition followers) believe that behind all the bad things is Syria & Iran.
second group (created mostly from pro-opposition followers) believe that behind all bad things is USA & Israel.
Let's create third group of people who will wait in hope that investigators from UN who are working on these cases will be successful and find who is truly behind that and we all will know the truth soon.
