I was 16 when i lost my virginity. My friend Madison is only 14 and is already asking about having sex. She keeps asking me on advice if she should do it or not. I keep on telling her she needs to wait but she dissagrees. Her bf is my age 16 and i think hes presuring her to do it. how do i stop my friend from having these urges to have steps. Do you think shes trying to follow my footsteps?

It really is her decision, but you also need to remind her of the possibility of pregnancy and STD's. The only way to make sure these things don't happen is to refrain from sex and wait until she's old enough ,and to take responsibility for your actions, including her boyfriend's actions. Birth control and condoms are not 100% effective. One day she may regret it. There is plenty of time for sex, there is no need to rush it. It may sound nerdy, but I was taught to wait until after marriage before having sex. I'm almost 20 and my boyfriend and I are still virgins. But it's great because we can focus on work and college and not have to worry about taking care of kids, because that takes all the fun out of being young and carefree.

Scare her out of it. Ask her this... Do you REALLY love this guy? Do you think this guy will be with you until you die? Then be like, you're 14 you're nothing but a child. Your mind is sooo wong. Yeah scare her out. Ask her if her boyfriend is pressuring her if she says yes then tell her that's not a boyfriend but a child molester. Yeah scare her... and yea she's copying yo completly... I copied my sister and friends alot when I was 14 so most likely she is copying you.

if she keeps asking for advice give it to her but if she doesn't want to listen about what the choice might bring in the long run like with the disease and pregnancies, then that's the choice she'll have to live with rest of her life because she'll never finish her childhood and go straight directly into being an adult. responsibilities be even harder

i think u should sit down and have a serious conversation with her and give her the reasons why u think she shouldnt do it. if she wont listen to u, i think u need to talk to her bf about it if u can.

Go to her boyfriend and say to him that you are going to turn him in to the authorities if he will keep his pressuring moves. This will stop him.

remind her of her age. anybody that pressures someone to do something isn't worth their time. Remind her of that.
