Yea, that evil Bush,

Cutting VA funding from the 47 billion it was in 2001

to

88 billion dollars last year.

How dare he make VA funding go up 87%

When Clinton only increased it 9 billion dollars over 8 years.

Doesn't he know, hes not allowed to make Clinton look bad.

There ought to be a law !!!!
