I have seen that vdo clip, I am not sure if it has been morphed or edited but scientifically if we think its possible. To understand this you have to read just the law of how cigarette works. Simply she sucks the part which pulls the air which passes through cig and smokes. But it cant be perfect as mouth. Well after all, all this crap is just useless and psychic. Dont think much on such topics. There are lot of other things in life to be get considered.
