I don't think the teenagers are any more wild than the past generations but however I think the education system is feeding them a bunch of PC BS and lies. When they grow a few more years they will see this.

I can answer this because I am on the outside looking in so to speak. I'm not from the states so I have a different perspective.
1) Most people will believe everything they see on TV. so they think that American teenagers party all night, drive around, go to malls and have sex all the the time.
2) Franky I don't think American young people differ that much from the teenagers in my own country or any other (democratic) country
OK so we have the party goers and the people who get stoned and stay out all night but these are stereotypes and we (all of us) do tend to stereotype people which is a pity because there is so much individuality out there and not just in the States.

Because they are? I'm not gonna lie to you. As an American teen myself, I'd be lying if I said this generation isn't talked about a lot. It's crazy. You look back on the 80's and 70's, and there weren't as many problems.
I knew kids in 6th grade who weren't virgins anymore. SIXTH FREAKIN GRADE.
Then, in 7th, I met this guy who'd do drugs. Seventh grade. Just getting into teenhood. In eigth, however, I got him to quit.
Now I'm going into high school and I have no idea what to expect.
I don't think it's entirely kids' fault, though. The parents are obviously slacking off and not taking the responsibility and control she should be.
Some self-restraint, please?
kthx.

Because 15 year old American girls are getting pregnant and having kids/abortions every day. Teens in this country are also binge drinking, taking drugs and God knows what else. The actions of kids show us exactly what American parents are doing wrong. For example, kids having kids leads to more kids having kids which leads to generations of messed up youth. Why you ask? Because kids don't have the skills or experience to have babies at 15 years old, bottom line. That is the problem, and no it cannot be fixed by abortions. It can be fixed by parents teaching their kids morals, something that this country is severely lacking.

Because compared to most countries in this world, the teenagers are wild & free. they make decisions on their own, have their own schelude, and choose for themselves.
i would rather have a country full of wild & liberated teens, then a country that wasn't liberated & free.

They might be wild, but they aren't liberated. You have to be restricted before you can be liberated.
