Windows XP has built in software that will allow both dialup modems to be "bonded" providing you with twice the bandwidth of a single dial up connection.

As some one else mentioned the real problem is finding an ISP(Internet service provider) that will allow you to log in twice at the same time to use the feature.

Another issue is that even with 2 dial-up modems bonded, your connection speed will NOT be close to comparable to the slowest of "broad band" connections.

The general answer is yes. However an ISP will typically only give you one account or allow only one modem to connect from your location.

From the same PC? No, this is a type of pooling that only Windows NT could've done; otherwise only one of them is actually in use even when both sounded like active.

No. Use one for the internet connection, and a router, switch, or hub to connect multiple pc's

YOU CAN HAVE A DIALUP AND A HIGH SPEED LIKE A 10/100 CARD MODEM.
BUT TWO DIALUP OR TWO 10/100 CARDS IS USELESS
