I take it from the stations you mention that you're probably coming from the West Country? Waterloo is much closer and convenient. You can get buses from outside which take you to the end of The Strand, the road the Adelphi is in. Or it's about a ten minute walk across the Thames.

Frankie S - Waterloo is right in the middle of London!

waterloo is nearer to the aldephi theatre. if your walking it would take you about 5 to 10 mins. First you head towards the big round building in in the middle of the roundabout (called the imax cinema) and find the exit for waterloo bridge. Walk along the bridge to the other side and go left you will now find yourself on the strand. The aldelohi is half way down on the other side of the road.

If how ever you are going from paddington then there are a coulple of busses you will be able to catch namely the 15 or the 23 and they can take up to 3/4 of an hour depending on the time.

Waterloo Station is closer to central London.

When you arrive at Waterloo take the Bakerloo Line to Charing Cross and come out into the Strand.

Or you can take a bus from outside Waterloo Station in Waterloo Road, which will take you into the Strand.

If you wish, you can also walk from Waterloo Station to the Strand - a 20 minutes walk, over Waterloo Bridge, turn left into the Strand for the Adelphi etc.

I grew up watching Mark on TV, he really inspired me. Probably why I love art so much now! He made it fun and came across as a thoroughly nice guy. I really felt for him after the tragic loss of his fiance earlier in the year. I was worried when I heard he'd gone missing, but guess he just couldn't live without his beautiful partner. I hope they're both at peace together now. Rest in peace dude!
