In general, you change classes every semester. Sociology 100 would be a one-semester class, and you will sign up for other classes in the Spring. The only exception is that on occasion, particularly within your major, you have what are called "continuation courses". yes ur courses are only a semester..typically 3-4 months long...depending on wat school u go to. if ur taking sociology in the fall..in the winter if ur school has a winter term..u might take sociology 200 or u can take it in the spring..all ur classes change every semester...
