NO
anyone who knows anything about history, know the nazis where portraying themselves as the friend of the people.
they where driving tanks into the towns broadcasting messages that they would treat the people better.
they viewed their cause, as a "just cause", a fight for the "greater good".
It was a ruse like any situation when you use machines of war, claiming you will make better, the lives of the people you are attacking.
If the people delivering the message, or carrying out the act, felt that they were not fighting for a "just cause", the whole thing wouldn't have reached the climax that it did. It would have fallen apart far before it did.

hi, fortunate for me my sir call is Kelly, no longer Goldberg or Silverstein so i could be lots the comparable as i'm at present. Born interior the 1950's, I probably could have been indoctrinated into their gadget, and the horrors of the Holocaust and different atrocities could have been swept decrease than the carpet. German could probably be my 2nd language extremely than Spanish or French. In my own opinion, even without yet another worldwide conflict, I certainly have the sensation that the third Reich could have at last petered away via my age now. The old shelter that have been given the full gadget going have been born from 1880 - 1910 so maximum could have been getting sick and passing away via the 1970's. Now that all of us be responsive to Hitler has Parkinsons, I doubt he could have made it to 1960. The replace for this administration could have had to be the two tenacious in working issues yet consistent with threat they could have been too over prolonged and taxed with such a enormous multi-cultural and liguistic empire. various the adolescents disallusionment of the 1960's and 70's could have had an effect and communications stronger appreciably to get out the word. What happened subsequently to Franco's Spain could have happened in time to Nazi Germany and her worldwide Empire. this sort of hypothesis is exciting and exciting. each and all the suitable to your e book! Cheers, Michael Kelly playstation - i do no longer advise to make easy of a Nazi run worldwide however the only helpful element out of that's that i could have had lots extra constructive beer.

Actually, "nazi" referred to the political party. Pretty much the only Nazi troops were SS officers who were effectively police.

The soldiers, members of the German Armed Forces, were not generally considered Nazis by the strict meaning of the word. They just worked for the Nazi govt, and took orders the way any soldier does.

So, no, most did not see themselves as bad guys. They were just engaged in normal military operations -- attack, fight against soldiers, hold and occupy the territory -- same as had bee going on in countless wars for thousands of years.

Undoubtedly some soldiers believed in the cause, and I'm sure most of the 'higher ups' in the Nazi Party were dedicated to the ideology and the goals. I don't know if most soldiers cared, though. And once they were out on the battlefield, it didn't matter. People were shooting at them.

The soldiers weren't bad. They were doing what they were told. You cannot blame the military for their political leadership.

Yes and yes. Hitler was uncannily good at brainwashing. And public speaking. People really did believe they were cleansing the land of the 'scourge' that are Jewish people [plus Gypsies, homosexuals, and others]
