What do you mean by compel somebody LEGALLY? You cannot compel yours LEGALLY married spouse to live with you LEGALLY even if you procure a decree of restitution of conjugal right against such a spouse left you without any reasonable cause, maximum you can do is to seek divorce on the basis of his or her non fulfillment of this decree of conjugal relationship but cannot get this enforced by any court otherwise by getting such a spouse arrested & handed over to you forcibly. So how can you think about compelling a friendship or affair legally.

Any such relationship comes from heart.
If you are talking of India, one can't LEGALLY compel even marriage that has legal acceptance.
Then friendship and affairs are the relations without any legal commitments.
How can they be enforced LEGALLY?

Such affairs are best just compensated rather then continued.
At present every thing can be compensated or legally contested, India is no different, Indian courts are over loaded and waiting time is unbelievable.
Just takes lots of money and time, results may not be to your liking.

No, it is a matter between two individuals. Nobody can compel. Such act of compulsion will tentamount to interfer in someones personal liberty guareteed by the costitution.

in India u cannot compel any one for friendship u can sue them if they have flirted with u, here the law is more severe on marriage relationship
