Pretty much invincible at the moment.
That might change if a new president appoints a truly independent Justice Department which actually follows the laws.
And if we can restore balance between the various branches of government, and get more moderates on the Supreme Court.
So, possible..... but it will take decades to undo the damage that's been done.

If you want to speak of Facism, I suggest you pick up a History Book and read what FDR, The Father of Modern Liberalism, did before and during WW 2. He did the following:
1.Prison camps for 250,000 American Citizens on the West Coast.
2.Controlled and Censored all Radio and Media.
3. Turned American Industry into a Weapons manufacturing machine.
4. Imprisoned American Citizens who had Socialist or Communist views.
5. Used the Government to spy on our own Citizens.
6. Served 13 years as president.
7. Started the process to create the first WMD which killed over 1,000,000 Japanese Civilians. The Atom Bomb.
Perhaps a study of these thigs that DID happen, not what a bunch of goofy websites spew out might give you a little perspective.
When I hear this non-sense, it makes me sad that some folks have absolutely no idea what they are talking about.

I think we need to analyze the situation a bit. How did the government get so corrupt? It all really dates back to the very founding of our country. The international banking cartel didn't realize what they were doing and thought they had things under control. They figured it didn't mater who made what laws as long as they controlled the money. Imagine there surprise when our founding fathers came up with a constitution giving only the federal government the right to issue money! This was devastating to their plans so something had to be done. It took many years and starting our civil war to find out they needed to be very subtle to get it done. A group of these bankers had a little meeting at Jekyll Island and formed a document to establish the Federal Reserve central bank that they would own and totally control.
In 1913 this document, then a congressional bill, was passed into law by some really underhanded means. Of course having the central bank wasn't enough they also had to have a way to collect interest on all the money they would loan to the government so the income tax also was passed into law, well kind of. (Long story)
From here it was a long job to form groups like the CFR to extend their control and power to every facet of government and industry. Their next step is to consolidate the US into the North American union expanding their total money control into Mexico, The US and Canada by issuance of a common currency to be called the Amero. Doing this has some serious side issues like our armed population they will have to deal with. The police and military issues have been handled well enough for them to proceed. Once we are in the North American union we will be put under UN control and international law, a one world government. First they need to seriously strengthen the military/police force part of the UN to the point they can enforce things. This will require vast sums of money so they are pushing real hard for their "carbon tax" to collect these funds. Have you been watching the global warming media blitz that is going on? This is an essential part of their plans so we must derail it, along with all the other foul legislation they are working on like gun control, hate speech laws, immigration reform etc.etc.
This was a lot to cover so I didn’t vet it like a scholarly work of even a serious news piece but every statement I have made is truthful to the best of my limited knowledge.
If you got this far, thank you!

Corporations support both sides wake up its not neocon fascim. The only way to take the government back is to tell the neocons Republicans and the socialist Democrats you are fired.
We must revert back to the founding fathers idea of a citizen legislature. My god Ted Kennedy has been in the Senate for over 40 years.
This is not what the founders of this country intended. Government is not suppose to be a career

Corporations pay the costs to be the boss. What do you think campaign contributions are? They are essentially legalized bribery. It is not just conservatives that are beholden to special interests. Unless your Congressman or Senator is independently wealthy, I am sure they owe somebody something, whether it is the oil, health, environmental industries....
In the end, you have to take care of yourself and your family. THAT is important. As much as I love America, for no other place in the world can you succeed regardless of race, religion, or creed, I know that every politician has some sort strings attached to them.

I'll never understand the concept of 'corporate fascism' or why people seem so convinced that corporations, instead of government, are what's wrong with this country.
