I am just wondering what religion Hitler was and if that played a role in his life. That guy was an Evil ****, and I am doing a report on him for school. Thanks anything would help.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adolf_Hitler#Childhood_and_Heritage states that both of Adolf's parents were ROMAN CATHOLIC, and that his father ALOIS had to get a papal dispensation in order to marry his mother KLARA because it was alleged she and Alois were second cousins. Because of his grandmother becoming pregnant while working in a Jewish household, it was also rumored that he was also 1/4 JEWISH.

I think he was Catholic and it did effect him quite a bit.
