What is recommended for physical pain associated with nervous tension?

A good B-Complex will help as much as anything to help maintain a healthy nervous system. B-12 and B-1 for nerves and B-6 will help with energy. I recommend a sub-lingual delivery system so that you will not over tax your liver. Tension is caused by stress which is often caused by mild fear, so meditation and relaxing exercises will help. The pain could be inflammation that could be alleviated with an aspirin and some mild aerobic exercises as well. hope this helps.

Stress does NOT cause tooth and gum disease, or hair loss, as claimed at the above website: how do you know it is effective, or even safe? Do you have more money than sense? Many of these products have been shown to contain high levels of heavy metals, like Lead, Mercury, and Cadmium. It's your funeral, you decide. BTW, Tunguska was a comet (dirty water/ice), which vaporised on impacting the atmosphere, forming nitrate (fertiliser: N2 + 3O2 = 2NO3) which condensed from the steam, fertilising the poor soil: the shock wave blasting away the trees, radially, for miles from the epicenter (I've seen the photographs), allowing light to penetrate easily to the ground, where it couldn't before, hence the larger plants.
