What kind of phone is it (LG, Samsung, Motorola, etc)?
Who is your carrier (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc)?
Those things are relevant to unlocking your keypad.

Try to use the last four digits of your mobile number to unlock the keypad. If that doesn't work, try all 0's and all 1's. If that doesn't work, call your service provider.
