what is meant by a transfer bus wise?? i feel dumb lol

At first I wasn't sure if this was a serious question. But I check your profile and see that your are just 15 years old. And I am guessing that you've never ridden on public transportation system. So here it goes.

Public transportations (bus) don't always go where you want to go (exactly). Often you have to transfer (get off and then take another bus) in the middle somewhere.

As for the fee, it seems like from what you posted that they charge by the destination (how long you ride). Here in NYC, it is pay one price (you could ride the system from one end to the next and transfer all you want).
