I guess it depends on how far you are willing to travel.
In Canada:
Brandon University, in Brandon, Manitoba, has a very strong music program and is a generally strong school in the arts (and really just in general). It also has small class sizes so you get one-on-one instruction and get to know your prof better. The teacher-student ratio is around 1-9 I believe.
University of British Columbia would also be good, though the student body is much larger and you would not know the prof as well.
Humber College in Toronto is good for jazz.
University of Toronto would be alright as well.
In the US, Julliard in New York is very good, as is the University of Cincinnati. Both of those are top-notch, world class schools.
Good luck

1. You need to be good enough in any communications to be able to post questions here without any typos, or else you will have a real hard job with the entrance exams.
2. Go to any search engine & Key in
College Performing Arts
or College Music
and you will get links to find such institutions near where you live
This is a topic that if you wait until you are an adult to try to learn, you will never be at the top of this profession ... you may become good enough for Hollywood, but not good enough to play in a symphony.
To be a master craftsman in the performing arts or in music, the younger you start the better, to get practiced & skilled. Having a genetic predisposition also helps.

Try your local community college for a year first. After taking some core classes, you can better decide what is best for you.
