I pretty much don't talk alot and just be quiet bcuz if I talk I would just start taking it on anybody and whatever they say 2 me I would see it bad so I would just talk back 2 them in a bad manner.

REALLY, REALLY pissed off? I go to a private place and punch the wall then shake it off and think what happened to get me this pissed off and think about how to correct it. It is very rare that I get that pissed though.

I break stuff. I really should just take a walk or a shower or something. It would help alot if I would just mellow out. But sometimes it's not that easy.

well if i.m that really pissed i go out side and listing to my i pod
i use my stick move it fast left and right hard so...dont mess with
me if i got that pissed off. or i work out hard haver weights
