There isn't a point sorry. But you still have feelings and things that make you happy so take advantage of that stuff and live happily. However there is no point in you being happy but you'll do what makes you happy anyway because thats what you want. Hard to explain. But yeah theres no point sorry. Why do you think people invented religion and stuff? Why can't they just be honest with themselves. No point.

“Unless you assume a God, the question of life’s purpose is meaningless.” –Bertrand Russell (noted 20th century philosopher and mathematician)

The thinking atheist Russell has said it all. No God, no purpose. And if there is no purpose, no meaning and no point. End of story from rationality.

But show me someone who truly believes their life to have no meaning and I'll show you someone insane or suicidal. If we don't have true purpose, we invent it, e.g. the nonsense about procreation giving meaning.

If we reject God, then we invent purposes that make us feel good. We trade real meaning and real purpose for the search of meaningless feelings.

So seek God or forever search for some meaningless feelings.

It all started with Adam and Eve...blame them. It was a punishment from God for not listening and we are all descendant from them! LOL. But God just wants us to live a life now. We were a creation that he'd made, just like plants and animals and he wants us to live life to the best of our ability and he wants to see how good we live our life. When we pass away he wants the good to come to him. He loves each and every one of us and wants the best for us and he will forgive us if we just ask him to. He wants us to have the oppurtunity to have family and have loved ones and to love and be loved and to enjoy life. Part of it is to reproduct, but it is not the main point to life, or everyone would be able to repoduce. I think God is talking thinking through me right now, or there is no way that I possibly would have thought of all of this to write. LOL. I hope this helps. LOL

I think of life as a giant pond, where each one of our lives causes ripples that touch other lives, and so on. We are here to love, learn, procreate yes, to pass on knowledge, to make life for others easier and better, etc.. There is so much more to life than just that!! :)

No it's not just that. Life as you've just described it stripped of everything. Memories, happiness, emotions and expirences. You can't just say it is one thing or it is just that because it is what you make of it.
