With due respect to Constitution, Law and Judiciary , I submit this ....

Gujarat is the place where Prohibition is osberved. This is for respect to Gadhiji -Father of Nation... Gandhiji was Father of Nation and not only Gujarat.. If prohibition is respect to Gandhiji will it not be disrespect to Gandhiji where prohibition is not a rule... Was Gandhiji Father of only Gujarat and not whole Inidia...or tell Gandhiji Father of Gujarat and not Nation...

will any Gandhian see this misfortune and comeout for implementing the Prohibition to whole nation or abolish the prohibition in Gujarat..

Gujarat govt is allowing permits on medical grounds , ethnic grounds , permit to SEZ..
but not ready to remove prohibition.

the revenue loss is tremendous and .. insult to Gandhiji is enormous .. Central Govt too is silent. Spurious liquor claims lives and health of poor, Not advocating that every Gujarati should drink and ruine finance, health and family..
Freedom at Stake.Will SC help

In this case no doubt the Government of Gujarat has brought about the prohibition of Alcoholic drinks in the state of Gujarat with certain exceptions so it may look a blanket prohibition under the state directive principles as given in Article 47:- Duty of the State to raise the level of nutrition and the standard of living and to improve public health.
The State shall regard the raising of the level of nutrition and the standard of living of its people and the improvement of public health as among its primary duties and, in particular, the State shall Endeavour to bring about prohibition of the consumption except for medicinal purposes of intoxicating drinks and of drugs which are injurious to health.
But as you pointed out this prohibition as such is only in this one state of India & when compared with other states the provisions of Article 14 Equality before law.
The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India. Seems to be infringed. Now here the inequality that seems to be taking place is between the local Gujaratis & the NRI Gujaratis, the later being allowed to purchase, carry & consume on the basis of permit, passport or any document that allows them to do so even not based on medical grounds . Now if such is a case of clear infringement of Article 14 of the constitution. Now this is not discrimination against local Gujaratis & NRI Gujaratis citizen on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth or any of them for which some special privileges/rules or laws can be granted, any person who stays out of the country for more then 180 days in a year gets the NRI status which is not based on his religion, race, caste sex or place of birth but only his staying out of the country for a period of 180 days or more. By granting special privileges to NRI Gujaratis by the government are an issue which no doubt can be challenged by writ petition in the Gujarat High Court or the Supreme Court of India. You should challenge the provisions regarding the prohibition of alcohol sale, purchase, carying or consumption by any local Gujarati being discriminated with a NRI Gujarati & on the basis of this discrimination this order or provisions regarding this prohibition should be declared unconstitutional of Article 14 of the constitution & declared null & void. Let me point out here you are not challenging this prohibition order of the Gujarat Government but the discrimination between the local Gujaratis & NRI Gujaratis which exist in this prohibition order/provision, you must insist on this point emphatically then only you get a chance to be heard by the Courts not otherwise. Please for God sake don’t bring Mahatma Gandhi & his policies regarding consumption of Alcohol etc as that only divert the actual issue of discrimination between local Gujaratis & NRI Gujaratis which should be the prime issue in such case.

I have never seen so much detail in the Bible than in the area of judgment. Yet it is this very subject where so many people, Christians included, get it so wrong. Here are just a few basic principles. A Christian is never to ex-communicate or condemn - Matthew 7:1 A Christian is not to judge a non-Christian - 1 Corinthians 5:13 A Christian IS suppose to judge someone claiming to be a believer - 1 Corinthians 5:12 A non-believer's judgment carries no weight with God - 1 Corinthians 2:15 The Christian is judged daily right now, the non-believer later - 1 Peter 4:17 Since the believer's old nature is dead and is born again in Christ, the end judgment will no longer apply. - John 5:24

Your view is absolutely right.
Though there are many other situations where too law goes against article 14.
Take example of reservation disease pampered even after 70 years of independence, that is spreading like cancer, eating up the competence of most of the government organisations,
Take example of IPC sec 497 & 498 where law treats a wife like a private property of a man; and allows a husband to flirt freely with other females without caring for the wife & kids.
