Is there such a thing as a mouse point logger?

This would work something like the low tech keyloggers that you actually place (not the software). Does such a thing exist?

Unlike what the first answerer said, I am trying to find a way to keep track of what my 10 year old clicks on during the time he is home before we get home from school. We have discussed internet safety, but I want to be sure. There are a lot of sickos out there.

Such a thing exists, but I won't contribute to anyone's attempts to spy on someone else's computer usage. I find the practice distasteful.
