I steal things just so I won't hold up anyone in the line at the register.

My change is all in one spot and is easy to find so I try to pay with exact change when I can. If I don't than that holds up the line too - cashier having to make change for me, would if they've run out of pennies and have to call their manager, break open new rolls, etc. Both methods of payment have potential to hold up lines

sometimes. most of the time I use my credit card, but really, there is no difference in the amount of time.
If you pay with exact change, the idiot cashier doesn't have to count any back. If you pay with too much, the cashier has to count it back. If you pay with your ATM card, you have to do the PIN # and such. If you pay with a credit card, you have to sign it. If you pay with a check, you have to show ID. It all takes extra steps, so I don't think it's a big deal!

No, I hand the cashier a couple bills and make everyone wait while she breaks open all the rolls of coins in her drawer. It's a no-win situation.

If I have exact change I will, but mostly I'll give change to the nearest quarter. I don't want nickels dimes or pennies back if I can help it.

WOW !!Congratulations!! i'm so happy to pay attention that. perhaps we are due around an identical time. I took a HPT on Saturday and have been given a BFP too. good luck and have a happy healthful infant!!!!!

If there is no one behind me yes I pay with coins but we have $1. & $2. coins and I keep them all in one place so it doesn't take long.
If there are people behind me then no I use a bill.

Yep pretty much everytime. I heard somewhere that more women than men, pay with exact change.
