Why do most website where you can upload videos need to end with a certain code? Because I went on 4 wbsites and my movies coudn't work. My movies are a little cartoon-y and they all end with tt3. Does anyone know a website that can upload any kind movies no matter what they end with?

Sorry it doesn't work like that.
Different formats are labled with different pre determined Formats depending on how and what they were created with.
Most browsers will recognise and play most of the standard formts that they were created with. such as Video TS this is the standard DVD Format that most Commercial movies are created with. Depending on what and how it was created will have a direct bearing on the readability.
MPEG is another format and can be readily read by most current Players as well. The problems occur when some obscure program is used to make the video and the codec that it is developed with.
I suggest you do some checking into all I mention above ask it as a question in your favorite search engine and you will be suprised as to what you will learn from that,
Don
