I'm just wondering if there are any books about the transformers? Not comic books but actual novels with significant story lines, not just background or anything like that. If there are, are they any good?

Well, I did have one back in like '85. It was a read-along with a cassette and came with a Cliffjumper figure. Don't remember the name or what it was like to be perfectly honest. All I really remember was thinking I was getting a really bizarre red Bumblebee and wondering why Bumblebee wasn't the main charecter of the story when he came with it. Nearly twenty years later it finally dawned on me who I'd actually had. Course by that time I'd lost all three (well, actually I still have the tape but it's ruined).
