I am interested in starting my own Consulting company.

I would like to start an at home consulting firm, being a non-biased mediator for companies.

For example, I know there are consultants out there that companies have that are free. But more often than not they do the same cookie cutter type problem solving.

I would like to come in with my knowledge of working in different companies ( I’ve been a contract worker for years with various companies and work environments) with different people, and recommend a more human one on one approached between management and employee.

What I would like to know is how do I get started? How do I get my foot in the door?

Thanks in advance
