He said he loved me last Sunday. We've had two fights since then, both were petty and both were brought on and drawn out by him. What is his perogative?!

Maybe you're the first person he's ever said I love you to. It's a big deal to say those words despite how some people throw them around. Maybe the hugeness of it is sorta stressing him. Try to have an open talk with him and see if you can work it all out.
