That's hard to answer because it depends on how old they are, my mom and stepdad are 10 years apart and she's older than him, he's 50 and she's 60... But if someone is 20 then they clearly can't date a 10 year old, and 20 and 30 is still big for the age , but 30 and 40 is ok...
