It's Nero 7 Ultimate of course. But watch out if you have Vista. It's got compatibility problems.

I find nero is the best, Nero 7.5 is the only one that works properly with vista even vista 64bit ultimate that i use. It costs alot but i bought an oem version from ebay for $7 us.
If your running xp there are plenty of free ones at www.download.com

I like Nero. It has a nice user interface and is prettey easy to figure out.

as long as you have a dvd encoder, windows can burn anything. it has for me.
