If you where looking for a short easy answer there isn`t one. I`ll try to make my answer as short and breif as possible.

Truth = Objective Facts.
(Objective facts) "are as is" regardless of what anybody thinks or feels about them.

Example - A water molecule is made out of Three ATOMS. Two hydrogen and One Oxygen (H20)
* If everybody died tomorrow or if people never inhabited the earth, a water molecule would still be made of H20. The terms and numbers we use to describe this process are not relevant to the process taking place.

Truth also depends on the level of perception. For it is true that Humans are born and Humans will die. But it is also true that energy was never born and energy will never die, therefore Birth/Death is not a beginning or ending rather an energy transmutation.

(Truth & Subjective Opinons) = Gray Area
It is true that a person believes in what they believe in. I.E. God. However, it is unknown whether or not their subjective opionon is an objective Fact. (God actually exists)

Objective Facts = Black and White Truths. They are either true or False. I.E. Humans evolved from an apelike Hominod or we did not!

Subjective Opionons = Gray Truths.
I.E. If Susan Beleive God exist and He doesnt then Susan was without truth concerning the existence of God. However, It is True that Susan believed in a God.

Perception Truths = Self explanatory
I.E. What we call the color Green is evoked by light having a spectrum dominated by energy with a wavelength of roughly 520–570 nm. Therefore it can be said the wavelenght is an objective Fact
520-570 nm, however the color itself can only be said to exist in the human brain.

First let us assume that nothing can be and not be at the same time in the same manner. If we take a well defined assertion about the existance of something, the thing exists (at a certain time and manner) or it doesn't exist. If the assertion corresponds to something that is, it is truth. If the assertion corresponds to something it is not, it is not truth.

1) Most things can't be defined sufficiently to the point where we can say something about being.
2) Because a statement is true does not mean it is verifiable.
3)Just because something is "not truth" does not imply that it is a lie (at least as I would define it).
4) It is possible that no truth can be known with certainty. This does not imply that there is no truth, just that the intersection of truth and human knowledge is the null set.

Truth is being able to look yourself in the mirror at the end of the day and knowing that you were honest and sincere in everything that you have done.
Truth is loving people that despise you.
Truth is life without bias or judgment.
Truth is letting go of which is not yours.
Truth is holding on to what is dear to you.
