Id be more worried about getting shot and ending up as Florida Alligator food one dark night when nobody is watchin.
Hope you know what some Parents are capable of when it comes to their children. Tell your parents where your gonna be so they can tell the law where to start looking if you dont show up for a day or two.

depends on the law in florida

here in ga there is a huge debate because a group of young males including a 17 yr old had sex with a 15yr and he has been in jail for 3 yrs so far, many are trying to get him out. the problem here though is he states is was consensual and supposedly she originally said it was rape then consensual...but the tape has been widely available and i have seen it..its a clear case of rape but for some reason the original jury threw out that charge.

You are not an adult so the answer would be no. But, be prepared for her parents to prevent her from ever seeing you again. You need to treat your girlfriend with utmost respect and not rush into her into having sex with you. She is too young, and then there is the risk of her becoming pregnant which would change your lives forever. Once you become 18 years old, the gloves come off and you can be charged.

Oh, for heaven's sake! Just please use a condom if you absolutely must. I could so have some things to say about morality and immaturity and such, but you won't listen. No, you won't go to jail. You are not 18, and the age diff is only two years.

Here is the link to the actual Florida State Statute and laws regarding sexual battery (rape) in the state of Florida.
I also cut and paste one definate statute (Lewd and Lascivious) you can be charged under and the more serious possible sexual battery under it. . To answer your question simply..yes you can be charged if the parents pursue this. Consent does not matter at all for a 15 year old but your age will make prosecution difficult but not impossible. More than likely you would be charged under the lewd and lascivious statute which is a felony (1 year or more in prison) which easily meets this case criteria.
Keep in mind the statement "custodial authority" can be applied to you in many cases.

4) LEWD OR LASCIVIOUS BATTERY.--A person who:

(a) Engages in sexual activity with a person 12 years of age or older but less than 16 years of age; or

(b) Encourages, forces, or entices any person less than 16 years of age to engage in sadomasochistic abuse, sexual bestiality, prostitution, or any other act involving sexual activity

commits lewd or lascivious battery, a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

Possible serious statute (1st degree felonies are usually 10 years or more).

8) Without regard to the willingness or consent of the victim, which is not a defense to prosecution under this subsection, a person who is in a position of familial or custodial authority to a person less than 18 years of age and who:

(a) Solicits that person to engage in any act which would constitute sexual battery under paragraph (1)(h) commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

(b) Engages in any act with that person while the person is 12 years of age or older but less than 18 years of age which constitutes sexual battery under paragraph (1)(h) commits a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

Not for rape, maybe for being a delinquent. See link below.. In some parts of the country your question should be..." does her daddy have to sell his shotgun to help pay for my funeral when he catches us ? "
