It's everywhere to be found when one tunes out the negative distractions. More often than not, recognizing and appreciating beauty is a matter of choice than a flashing neon arrow pointing at it.

The beauty of life can be found in the realization that we cannot undo what has been done, we can see it, understand or own it, learn from it and change so that we continually grow, and so that every new moment is spent not in regret, guilt, fear or anger but embraced in wisdom, understanding and love. The beauty of life can be found within...from the first breath we take as we make our entry into this world...to the last breath we draw when our journey here is complete.

In my children and their children! In every little thing my sons or daughter said "Mommy look". Beauty is what the being perceives, but in my case, it is what i can see through someone else's eyes, for I see beauty in my nieces faces , in my daughter's friends, in my son's fighting for their country and everyone's freedom. As of right now, I see beauty everywhere!!

In a child's face, in a child's giggle, in the wild flowers, in the oceans waves breaking on the shore, the smile of a pregnant woman, a lush green meadow, a clear mountain stream, a water fall, a glass of iced tea on a hot summer day, my wife's smile, my daughter's smile, a hug from any of kids...

i find beauty in knowing that i have two great kids, a good job, and knowing that i am doing the best i can for my kids (always have and always will).
