It was one year ago on this date I moved into this apartment complex, and I was wondering what, if anything, I should do to observe the occaisian. Should I celebrate it, or just let it go by quietly? All answers are greatly appreciated, and I thank you.

If it's not too late, I would like to extend my deepest sympathies and condolenses to Court79 for the loss of her father.

You could celebrate it by relaxing at home or doing something you like.

By all means celebrate. In fact, let's celebrate life every day. My parents celebrate 59 years of marriage on this date, although my Dad has Alzheimer's and can not remember what he did for a living nor remember two minutes ago. It is bittersweet. He would tell you to not let life go by quietly. Celebrate while you can enjoy! YA! HOO!
